Vegeta And Bulma Episode

Sylvester Paradiesli - 2007

The decision as to where we wanted to spend this time Sylvester was quite short notice. Spontaneously we went to Sala Capriasca, near Lugano, in Italian Switzerland. I had learned only shortly before, during a visit to the Finca Sana on La Palma on the existence of the "Meraggia (http://www.contemporary.ws/meraggia/). There has been living for 13 years Giorgi Winter, a German-Swiss raw food. In most natural surroundings, he can in his own house, own room or in the dormitory to accommodate up to 20 guests. For this, he organized several courses, including wild herbs rules. If permitted by the temperature one also finds in the open right spot to stay. In winter, a wood stove heated the large kitchen. The Meraggia is accessible only on foot or by bicycle, and offers a panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The water comes from the source, the power of the sun and the common to all men need to be processed into compost for flowers and trees. Giorgi builds much eat what he and his guests, even on organic. He is famous for its high-quality persimmon, which he sold exclusively and dried.
His non-dogmatic approach to the raw food diet leaves room for understanding for those whose lifestyle is not quite perfect. The "Paradiesli for meat-free" periods, according to the will of the foundation that owns a vegetarian holiday home. Guests have the opportunity to cook in the large kitchen. Giorgi's storage warehouse contains almost everything that is billed by consumption.
On arrival we had trouble finding the parking lot from where it goes only on foot. A foliage-covered walking path led us for about 25 minutes up the mountain. were about two hundred meters before the finish there is a shelter for bicycles, I would have thought a bus stop. After
Giorgi had shown us everything and we extensively by the delicious persimmons and other raw delicacies s been had we made a walk to a nearby rock outcrop, which offered great views. Then we began to prepare dinner. After we had eaten our desks, to knit place, all talking together tiger nuts from their bushes and us in the pleasantly warm kitchen. At midnight, we enjoyed the view of the fireworks in the valley far below.
etc. After a hearty breakfast together with fresh wild herbs, persimmon, melon, kiwi, tiger nuts, mango Giorgi accompanied us to the car. I felt our short stay in Meraggia inspiring and still feel a strong longing for that place, the remoteness, the inaccessibility and the simplicity and naturalness that I found. It is a cozy atmosphere. Over there is also need not be.
