Neighbourhood: Good day, Mr Maurice! Can you imagine?
Maurice: Fokouet My name is Maurice. I am a young founders, hires at the time of 7 young people.
Neighbourhood: How did you get the idea to provide an iron-processing factory on its feet?
Maurice: After I passed the high school, I had 2 years of very great difficulty in finding a job. That's why I decided to create my own small business. In the beginning it was really hard, but over time it has happened gradually.
Neighbourhood: What are actually your responsibilities?

Maurice: Locksmith Our responsibilities are in general, ie, repair and manufacture of all types of keys, safes, Kisten, Türen und Fenstern aus Eisen.
Nachbarschaft: Wie sehen Ihre Beziehungen zu europäischen, vor allem zu deutschen Partnern aus?

Maurice: Wir haben immer gute Beziehungen. Meine deutschen Partner behandeln mich stets gastfreundlich bei den Hospitationen und Betriebsbesuchen. So lerne ich viel dank dieser Beziehungen, und die Erfahrung aus den europäischen Betrieben hilft mir, meinen Mitarbeitern hier zu Lande einen professionellen Geist beizubringen.
Nachbarschaft: Können Sie bitte Ihren letzten Aufenthalt in Europa beschreiben?

Maurice: The stay was very pleasant, except in France, Germany or Italy. We notice a great technological progress in Europe. There are great machines that produce almost everything in the iron industry. In contrast to Europe, we work here in Africa or with rudimentary methods. Nevertheless, we have to do it, because the future of the continent lies in our hands. I personally have always that hope.
